12/19/2025
The company’s new manufacturing facility will be located at the Clarksville-Montgomery County Corporate Business Park South.
“T.RAD’s expansion into Tennessee represents a strategic investment in the future of our North American operations. The Clarksville facility will enhance our manufacturing capabilities, strengthen our supply-chain performance and position us to meet growing customer demand with greater speed and reliability. This milestone reinforces our long-term commitment to operational excellence across the region,” Taroh Miller, president, T.RAD North America, Inc. said.
T.RAD specializes in lightweight, high-performance cooling solutions (radiators, oil coolers, charge air coolers) for automotive (ICE, EV/Hybrid), agricultural, construction, and industrial machinery, focusing on efficiency, emissions reduction, and thermal management with innovative aluminum and copper/brass products.
“Clarksville and Montgomery County have worked to build a community that stands out globally, making this region a top destination for international investment. As Japan remains Tennessee’s number one international partner, we are proud to welcome T.RAD to the Volunteer State. The success of communities like Clarksville and Montgomery County is a big part of what elevates Tennessee’s reputation on the world stage,” noted Deputy Governor and TNECD Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter.
“The automotive sector is important to the state of Tennessee, and the Clarksville Industrial Development Board is proud to support a 40-year-old company serving some of the world’s largest original equipment manufacturers. The creation of nearly 930 jobs over the next five years will provide new opportunities for transitioning military members and Clarksville residents. We are grateful for the support of the State of Tennessee and appreciative of the company’s confidence in Montgomery County’s rapidly expanding industrial park,” Josh Ward, executive director, Clarksville Industrial Development Board added.
