Hims & Hers Health Expands New Albany, Ohio, Operations

Digital health and wellness platform Hims & Hers Health, Inc. plans to expand its operations in New Albany, Ohio. The more than $200 million project is expected to create approximately 400 jobs.

The investment will include the construction of a new facility, located at 9885 Innovation Campus Way near the company's existing site, which will feature fulfillment, lab testing and pharmacy functions.

The project is being supported by the Ohio Tax Credit Authority (TCA) with a 9-year, 1.901% Job Creation Tax Credit..

Hims & Hers Health connects people with licensed healthcare providers for accessible, personalized medical care, focusing on conditions like hair loss, sexual health, skincare, mental health, and weight loss. The system works by having users fill out online forms, leading to consultations (sometimes async, sometimes video) with providers who can prescribe medications, delivered via mail, and offer ongoing support for conditions often seen as embarrassing or hard to discuss..
