Israel-Based Katz 1899 Plans Dayton, Ohio, Manufacturing Operations

The new manufacturing facility, located at 1960 Troy Street, will specialize in the design, fabrication, construction, and maintenance of process, manufacturing, electromechanical, and architectural systems.

To support the project the Ohio Tax Credit Authority (TCA) approved a 1.647 percent, eight-year Job Creation Tax Credit.
“Katz Group’s partnership with Peck Hannaford + Briggs reflects a long-term growth strategy that establishes Katz 1899’s new North American operations in Dayton while creating 50 jobs,” noted J.P. Nauseef, president and CEO of JobsOhio.
Katz Group produces industrial process systems for factories, laboratories, and clean rooms for microelectronics, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, water treatment, and food and beverage customers. The company specializes in the design, fabrication, construction, and maintenance of process, manufacturing, electromechanical, and architectural systems.
