The investment will include the addition of machinery and in-house metal cutting and fabrication at the company’s existing manufacturing facility.
“We are deeply grateful for the support of the Department of Economic Development,” said Ryan Eftink of Smokin Brothers. “Their assistance has been instrumental in realizing our vision for the future of manufacturing in Southeast Missouri. We are committed to creating high-quality products that not only delight our customers but also contribute to the economic vitality of our region.”
To support the project Smokin Brothers will benefit from the Missouri Works program, a tool that helps companies expand and retain workers by providing access to capital through withholdings or tax credits for job creation.
“DED is pleased to support an inspiring, homegrown manufacturer like Smokin Brothers as it continues to thrive in the southeast region,” noted Michelle Hataway, Director of the Department of Economic Development. “This company’s ingenuity and commitment to locally-made, quality products align perfectly with our mission of helping Missourians prosper.”
Smokin' Brothers is a family-owned company that manufactures wood pellet grills, sauces, rubs, and accessories.
