Coastal Group Establishes Foristell, Missouri, Logistics-Warehousing Operations

Coastal Group, a provider of warehousing, transportation, and logistics solutions, has established operations in Foristell, Missouri. The $41.8 million project is expected to create 52 jobs.

The company’s new 125,000-square-foot cold storage facility features advanced temperature-control technology fit to accommodate various storage needs.

“We chose 10801 Opportunity Drive because the name captures our core belief — that opportunity isn’t just found, it’s created through hard work, vision, and commitment,” said John Dunard, Owner of Coastal Group. “This facility represents more than cold storage. It’s about generating jobs, empowering Missouri’s workforce, and helping businesses nationwide move their products more efficiently.”

To support the project Coastal Group will benefit from the Missouri Works program, a tool that helps companies expand and retain workers by providing access to capital through withholdings or tax credits for job creation.

“Coastal Group’s new facility is a success story made possible by Missouri’s advantages and collaboration with our partners,” noted Michelle Hataway, Director of the Department of Economic Development. “We’re grateful for the trust this company has placed in our state and excited to see it helping Missourians prosper in Foristell.”

Coastal Group offers staffing services for various industries, including hospitality, manufacturing, and agriculture, as well as marine construction and development through Coastal Group Marinas.

“This investment in a new, state-of-the-art refrigerated and freezer warehouse by Coastal Group in Warren County is a testament to our region’s pro-business environment,” added Tom Wolff, President of the Greater Warren County Economic Development Council. “It also speaks to our focus on sustainable development and elevates the synergies being created around food production and food processing, which leverages the region’s agricultural heritage.”
