Croy Contracting Expands Botetourt County, Virginia, Operations

04/21/2026
Construction firm Croy Contracting plans to expand its operations in Botetourt County, Virginia. The $3.45 million project is expected to create 30 jobs.

The investment will include facility upgrades and specialized equipment and support the launch of CroySafe, a new division focused on the design and installation of built-in safe rooms for residential and commercial applications.

“CroySafe is a natural next step for us as a company,” said Eric Croy, Owner of Croy Contracting. “For more than 35 years, we’ve built our reputation on quality work and strong relationships. This new division allows us to expand that expertise while helping customers feel safer and more prepared.”

Croy Contracting provides construction and contracting services, expanding into security-focused solutions to meet growing demand for integrated safety and protection systems.

“Business retention and expansion is one of the most important drivers of economic growth in our region,” noted John Hull, President and CEO of the Roanoke Regional Partnership. “This expansion reflects continued momentum in our regional economy and the strength of our workforce and business partnerships.”
