Lockers Manufacturing Expands Batesville, Mississippi, Production Operations

05/12/2026
Custom storage systems manufacturer Lockers Manufacturing plans to expand its operations in Batesville, Mississippi. The $9.7 million project is expected to create 25 jobs.

The investment will include the purchase of an existing facility and the addition of new production capabilities.

“Lockers Manufacturing is well positioned to continue to make customized best-in-class locker products in the USA for decades to come,” said Keith Dunham, CEO of Lockers Manufacturing. “Our vision and mission are built to last, just like our products.”

To support the project, the Mississippi Development Authority (MDA) is providing assistance through the Mississippi Flexible Tax Incentive, or MFLEX, program. The city of Batesville, Panola County, and AccelerateMS also are assisting with the expansion.

“Mississippi competes by prioritizing speed so companies go from investing to making money faster,” noted MDA Executive Director Bill Cork. “That’s what real economic development looks like, execution that allows projects like this to move forward efficiently.”

Lockers Manufacturing manufactures storage and locker systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial applications, producing custom storage products used in facilities such as schools, workplaces, and athletic venues. The company’s operations include product design, fabrication, assembly, and distribution of storage systems.

“Lockers Manufacturing produces the world’s highest quality lockers with modern technological options,” added Joe Azar, CEO of the Panola Partnership. “This expansion is another example of the company’s long-term commitment to growth, workforce development, and the Batesville community.”

“Lockers Manufacturing’s expansion in Batesville highlights the strength of Mississippi’s workforce and the opportunities that come from continued investment in our communities,” said Courtney Taylor, Executive Director of AccelerateMS.
