Lollicup USA Begins Expansion In Wilmer, Texas, Dallas Metro Area
05/17/2016
This warehouse is only the first phase of an even larger expansion. Operations at this location will be temporary while the company builds its very own 450,000 square-foot facility in Rockwall, Texas.
According to the firm, its latest addition will help the company better accommodate the southwest region of the United States, including Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. Once completed, the company will begin logistics and production, expanding its presence as a U.S. based manufacturer.
Alan Yu, CEO and Co-founder of Lollicup USA, said the construction is expected to be complete by the first quarter of 2018. Lollicup USA will likely hire more than 200 employees for the new plant, significantly increasing its number of employees.
With this expansion, the company is expected to quadruple its manufacturing capabilities. It will also service its customers more efficiently by shortening shipping times within this region. Lollicup USA has warehouse locations in Chino, California, Sumner, Washington and Summerville, South Carolina.
