“We are grateful for SaarGummi Tennessee’s ongoing commitment to our state and for the new jobs that will be created in Pulaski,” Governor Bill Haslam said. “The momentum of our automotive sector is a direct result of the success of the many manufacturers, suppliers and other automotive-related companies that call our state home, and today’s announcement brings us one step closer toward our goal of becoming the No. 1 location in the Southeast for high quality jobs.”
“Tennessee’s automotive sector employs 111,000 people at more than 900 establishments throughout the state, and these numbers are further strengthened by companies like SaarGummi Tennessee,” Community Development Commissioner Randy Boyd said. “It means a great deal when companies choose to locate in Tennessee, but when they expand their presence here, it’s a vote of confidence to the many competitive advantages our state has to offer.
