SaarGummi Tennessee Expands Manufacturing Plant In Pulaski, Tennessee

SaarGummi Tennessee, a leading manufacturer of innovative sealing systems for the automotive industry, will expand its manufacturing operations in Pulaski, Tennessee. The company will purchase additional finishing equipment and improve existing infrastructure. The company expects to create more than 150 new jobs over the next five years.

“SaarGummi Tennessee is supplying advanced technology products on the highest quality level, and has proven in the last few years that we are a reliable partner for the local automotive industry,” SaarGummi North America COO Dr. Markus Wittmann said. “As a consequence, I am excited to see a remarkable growth of business for our facility in Pulaski, Tennessee.”

“We are grateful for SaarGummi Tennessee’s ongoing commitment to our state and for the new jobs that will be created in Pulaski,” Governor Bill Haslam said. “The momentum of our automotive sector is a direct result of the success of the many manufacturers, suppliers and other automotive-related companies that call our state home, and today’s announcement brings us one step closer toward our goal of becoming the No. 1 location in the Southeast for high quality jobs.”
