Highly Innovative Fuels Plans Matagorda County, Texas, eFuels Plant

Highly Innovative Fuels will locate its first North American industrial-scale eFuels facility in Matagorda County, Texas. The $6 billion project is expected to create 125 jobs.

Construction of the site is expected to begin in 2023 and produce eFuels from the facility by 2026.
