South Korea-Based Futronic USA Plans Buda, Texas, Operations

The investment will include the acquisition of a 66,250-square-foot building off Business Park Drive, improvements, fixtures and equipment. Production is scheduled to begin by the end of Q3 2025.
"Buda is about 20 miles from Tesla's manufacturing facility, Giga Texas, making us perfectly positioned for Tesla suppliers like Futronic,” said Buda Economic Development Corporation CEO Jennifer Storm.
Futronic USA designs and fabricates mechatronic parts that are key for EV production.
