Vets Plus Expands Its Menomonie, Wisconsin, Warehouse-Packaging Center
09/18/2015
With over 20 years of experience, Vets Plus creates custom formulations for contract manufacturing of innovative probiotic, prebiotic, nutritional, and nutraceutical products in a wide variety of feeding forms.
According to company officials, construction adding 40,000 square feet of warehousing is expected to begin by the end of 2015. The warehouse addition is adjacent to a newly acquired 38,000 square foot packaging facility. The new facility has sufficient space to support continued growth to over 150,000 square feet at this site. The majority of packaging work done in the current manufacturing space will move to the new facilities for the purpose of increasing capacity for the growing business.
Raj Lall, Founder/CEO, said, “The construction of new facilities will help us maintain our commitment of producing quality products on time and exceed our partners’ expectations. It is an exciting step forward in accommodating our current business needs.”
David Nelson, President, also expressed the need for expansion. “The further addition of buildings for warehousing and packaging our products will support our continued growth in the business,” he said. “Our customers can be confident knowing that we continue to look for better ways to serve their needs.”
