Trauma Supplies Company, Tactical Medical Solutions, Invests $2.5 Million To Expand In Anderson, South Carolina
10/02/2014
The company’s new, 25,000-square-foot corporate office, located on 67 acres at 1250 Harris Bridge Road in Anderson, is nearly three times larger than the company's previous site. Their Anderson County corporate office houses its administration and sales staff as well as kit assembly operations and custom order fulfillment. Tactical Medical Solutions’ new facility is intended to be the first of a larger corporate campus and training center.
"South Carolina and Anderson County have provided a pro-business environment that has had a definitive impact on Tactical Medical Solutions' pursuit to be a global leader in the area of pre-hospital medicine. This partnership has allowed us to expand our workforce, build new facilities, and pursue aggressive growth while being able to live and play in one of the most beautiful areas of the country,” said Ross Johnson, CEO of Tactical Medical Solutions.
"It's always a great day when we can celebrate the growth of one of our existing companies, especially one that serves our brave men and women in uniform. After starting TacMed a little over a decade ago, today they are nearly tripling the size of their operation and bringing 15 more jobs to the Anderson community, and we couldn't be prouder,” Governor Nikki Haley said.
"Tactical Medical Solutions has been the perfect fit for our community. In addition to their new $2.5 million investment and 15 jobs, Tactical Medical Solutions and Anderson County both share a strong commitment to our military, law enforcement and first responder personnel. It is gratifying to see one of our companies prosper and we look forward to continuing our long and successful relationship with Tactical Medical Solutions as they relocate into their new facility.” said Anderson County Councilman Tom Allen.
