U.S. Cold Storage Expands in Denton, Texas

According to the chamber, USCS estimates that it will invest $34 million in the Denton project. The company plans to create 67 new jobs by year three of operations.
USCS provides its clients with refrigerated and frozen food warehousing and transportation with 38 facilities in 13 states and 2,500 employees. Clients include Kraft, Kellog’s Unilever and Butterball; USCS has four existing facilities in Dallas, Fort Worth, and Arlington.
Chamber Economic Development Vice President Adam Gawarecki first reported contact with USCS January 2017 through CBRE. He helped coordinate site visits January, February, May, August, and October 2017.
