05/23/2025
The investment will include an additional 24,000 square feet at the company’s existing manufacturing facility located at the Team Lawrence Commerce Park.
“We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our operations in Tennessee. The skills and dedication of our local team and the steadfast support of our customers, community and governmental partners have been crucial to our growth. Thanks to their support and hard work, today, we are able to expand into new and larger products as we continue to build the tools that build America. We are excited about the opportunities this growth will bring for our company and the local Lawerence County community for many years to come,” said Ben Craig, president, Craig Manufacturing.
Craig Manufacturing produces steel attachments for heavy construction, forestry, mining, energy and utility equipment. The company supplies directly to original equipment manufacturers and their regional dealer networks.
“At TNECD, we recruit companies to the state that are not only the right fit for Tennessee but also for our communities. Today’s announcement is a testament to the partnership and success both Craig Manufacturing and Lawrence County have seen since the company located here nearly a decade ago, and we are proud to take part in announcing additional jobs and investment in this community,” TNECD Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter noted.
“Craig Manufacturing’s story is exactly why we do this work. From a 60,000-square-foot shell building to 80 quality jobs, and now another multi-million-dollar investment taking their local headcount to more than 100 — Craig Manufacturing is a perfect example of a company that saw the potential of our community and made it home. We’re proud to stand beside them as they grow and continue building a lasting legacy in Lawrence County. I’m especially grateful for our ongoing partnership with Lawrenceburg Utility Systems, whose support has been instrumental in making growth like this possible,” Ryan Egly, president and CEO, Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce added.
