SeraCare Life Sciences Expands Gaithersburg, Maryland, Operations Center

SeraCare Life Sciences, a leading partner to global In Vitro Diagnostics manufacturers, plans to expand and upgrade to its laboratory, research and manufacturing facility in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

According to company officials, “with strategic investments to expand laboratory and manufacturing space, this new Molecular Diagnostics Center of Excellence for product development and manufacturing will now also provide digital PCR, Next Generation Sequencing technologies and bioinformatics resources to help accelerate the company's goal of enabling precision medicine."
