France-Based OPmobility Expands Spring Hill, Tennessee, Operations

The investment at the company’s Maury County facility will further support electric vehicle production lines.
“OPmobility is excited by the new challenges given by the overall mobility transformation in the automotive industry. We are proud to pursue our engagement and industrial excellence in Tennessee with one of the top OEM in vehicle electrification,” Xavier Maury, OPmobility Operations Director U.S.A. said.
OPmobility has five complementary business groups offering solutions including intelligent exterior systems, customized complex modules, lighting systems, energy storage systems, and battery and hydrogen electrification solutions.
“We’re excited for OPmobility to expand its Spring Hill plant. It’s clear that the automotive industry is booming in Tennessee, and today’s announcement is the latest example. We always appreciate foreign investment in this state, and brands like OPmobility help strengthen our reputation for being a state friendly to those businesses outside our borders,” TNECD Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter noted.
