SIMONA AMERICA Industries Expands Archbald, Pennsylvania, Extrusion-Fabrication Operations

SIMONA AMERICA Industries, a subsidiary of SIMONA AMERICA Group and a manufacturer of thermoplastic sheet and rod products, plans to expand its operations in Archbald, Pennsylvania. The $25 million project is expected to create more than 25 jobs in Lackawanna County.

The investment will include an additional 155,000 square feet of manufacturing space at the company’s existing facility which will enable more advanced extrusion and fabrication technologies.

"This investment represents a major step forward in advancing SIMONA's long-term growth strategy," said Adam Mellen, CEO of SIMONA AMERICA Group. "By expanding our production capacity and introducing new technologies, we're strengthening our ability to serve our customers with innovative, high-quality materials while continuing to invest in our people and our community."
