Mexico-Based Electrolit Plans Waco, Texas, Operations

The 600,000-square-foot production and distribution facility will be located at the Texas Central Park. Operations are scheduled to begin in early 2026.

Electrolit is manufactured and owned by Pisa Pharmaceuticals. Formulated with magnesium, potassium, calcium, sodium glucose, and sodium lactate plus six ions for electrolyte absorption, Electrolit aids in the recovery of the hydro electrolytic imbalance, fulfilling metabolic and hydration needs.
"It will run as a 24/7 operation," noted Kris Collins, Waco Chamber's Executive Vice President for Economic Development, "The level of skill needed for these types of jobs will be important for the success of the business and the success of its employees. We'll be partnering with our community college and technical college partners to ensure that we have the right training programs in place to upskill individuals to get the best level of employment possible."
