08/12/2025
The company’s new facility will feature over 100,000 square feet of distribution space, dedicated space to manufacturing, and will produce over a million units annually.
“The new Fayetteville facility provides us with further capacity and expansion opportunities to better support our customer base,” said Derick Marsh, CEO at Rollease Acmeda. “We have a 40+ year tradition of producing our industry leading clutches and related components here in the US, and we are excited to keep those operations and jobs here domestically.”
To support the project the city offered the company an infrastructure grant of $750 for each job created, not to exceed $33,750. In order to receive these grant opportunities, Rollease Acmeda is required to meet a job creation requirement of at least 45 new positions, and report infrastructure expenses of more than $67,000. The company also requested a gas line extension, which will reportedly cost about $67,123, and other grant funding to defray the cost of the project.
“This project is a great announcement for our manufacturing sector,” noted Fayetteville Cumberland County Economic Development Corporation (FCEDC) President and CEO Robert Van Geons. “We want to recognize and thank our friends at SkyREM and Newmark for investing in this building and bringing this company to Hope Mills.”
Rollease Acmeda specializing in the design, manufacture, and distribution of window covering hardware and systems for both manual and automated shades. The company currently has distribution facilities in the U.S., Australia, and Europe.
