Japan-Based Newman Technology Expands Mansfield, Ohio, Operations

The investment will include new production lines at the company’s existing facility.

To support the project Newman Technology was approved for a 1.225 percent, six-year Job Creation Tax Credit from the Ohio Tax Credit Authority.

Newman Technology, Inc., a subsidiary of Japan’s E-Drive Technologies, specializes in the production of precision engine, transmission, and drivetrain components. The company’s capabilities include aluminum die casting, precision machining, and assembly processes that support both internal combustion and electrified vehicle platforms.
