Assure Infusions Plans Bartow, Florida, Pharmaceutical Plant

The facility will allow the company to ensure that hospitals and healthcare facilities can function without interruption by providing a steady and stable supply of IV fluid. Operations are planned to begin 2023.
“We are excited at the opportunity to bring a state-of-the-art, fully automated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, with advanced robotics, to Polk County. Once operational, Assure Infusions will be a highly technical showcase of advanced manufacturing. The support provided by the CFDC, City of Bartow and the Bartow EDC were key to our site selection decision,” said Alex Lucio, CEO of Assure Infusions.
Assure Infusions manufactures a wide array of intravenous fluid products, including IV Bags-Sodium Chloride, Dextrose, Lactated Ringers, and Sterile water. IV bags for intravenous therapy.
“Welcoming Assure Infusions to Polk County and their commitment to Bartow is a win-win for our community. Having a local manufacturer of sterile intravenous fluids, providing critical supplies for our hospital systems is critical to Polk’s growing health sciences industry,” added Sean Malott, CEO and President of Central Florida Development Council.
