"On behalf of Magna, I want to thank Delta Township and the state of Michigan for their ongoing support and collaboration on this project," said Magna Exteriors President Grahame Burrow. "They have helped make it possible for us to come here and establish this world-class operation, and we are excited for the opportunity to support our customer General Motors from this new facility."
With the addition of DexSys, Magna now has 28 manufacturing operations and more than 10,000 employees in the state of Michigan. The company produces body, chassis, interior, exterior, seating, powertrain, electronic, vision, closure and roof systems and modules, as well as complete vehicle engineering and contract manufacturing.
