Tenants include Ritecom Group Inc., TCS Digital Solutions, LLC and Sparus Holdings Inc. Building 5100 is currently vacant and offers units ranging from 6,000 square feet to 19,500 square feet.
The Westridge Center was built in 2000. The building has 24' clear ceiling heights, a total of 28 dock-high doors and 1 grade-level door, and 120' truck court depth. The property has immediate access to I-75 which is one of Atlanta's three major interstate highways. The building is currently 100% leased. Tenants include Trojan Battery Holdings, LLC; Hajoca Corporation; Baker Distributing Company, LLC.
