SAVSU Technologies Expands Albuquerque, New Mexico Operations Campus
08/09/2018
The company is a privately held designer and manufacturer of innovative high-performance cloud-connected passive storage and transport containers for temperature sensitive biologics and pharmaceuticals. Our mission is to improve global health by greatly reducing the waste and risks associated with the improper freezing and overheating of thermal-sensitive medicines and biologics. SAVSU has developed proprietary state-of-the-art technology to ultimately lower costs and improve delivery of these most essential materials.
According to company officials, the firm's plans call for a technical design and test center, warehouse and administrative office space at 4209 Balloon Park Road NE in Albuquerque. SAVSU plans to move into the new space after tenant improvements are completed over the next 90 days.
SAVSU President Bruce McCormick said, "Moving into our new corporate campus can't happen fast enough! Demand for the evo Cold Chain 2.0 system is accelerating rapidly from our specialty logistics partners and regenerative medicine clients. The regenerative medicine space is new, and the challenge of commercializing these technologies requires equally new thinking and innovative technologies.”
“ Our new facility will have expanded design, prototyping, and testing capabilities to help us both meet the exploding demand for our existing solutions and allow us to accelerate new product development. The new facility also has expanded meeting capacity and we are already filling the schedule with our new, comprehensive, customer training sessions for our end users,’ he added.
The new SAVSU Design and Technology Center doubles the development and testing labs, adds new robotic fabrication equipment, and adds space for expanded design, customer service, software support and fulfillment groups.
