Dalfen America Corp. Plans Upgrades At Its Airport Distribution Center In Raleigh, North Carolina
10/08/2014
The company said it plans “to significantly renovate the properties and improve their functionality in order to bring them up to the class A standard, which is the hallmark of (its) portfolio across North America."
According the firm, its two new centers are situated in extremely close proximity to Raleigh Durham International Airport, which serves as a popular flight hub for major airlines such as Delta, American Airlines, and Southwest. In addition, the accessibility of I-40 and I-540, make ADC I and II exceptional locations for companies servicing the regional population, e-commerce, and other logistic-centered operations.
“These properties are extremely well positioned within a market that has an incredibly low vacancy rate and a limited number of comparable spaces available for lease. We are currently working on several large acquisitions within the market and we intend to increase our footprint in the Raleigh market to over one million square foot in the next 12 months.” said Sean Dalfen, Dalfen America Corp's Managing Principal/Chief Investment Officer.
