Aleris Nutrition Plans Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, Production Operations

10/19/2026
Brazil-based animal nutrition products manufacturer Aleris Nutrition plans to establish operations in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The project is expected to create 15 jobs in Waukesha County.

The company’s new 15,795-square-foot facility, located at N52 W13673 Northpark Drive, will serve as its U.S. base of operations, supporting yeast fermentation and the production of specialty feed additives for the North American market.

“Aleris has experienced significant growth in the United States in recent years, and that growth naturally led us to consider this market the right location for our international expansion. Establishing operations here will allow us to maintain product consistency while offering our customers greater supply stability,” said Aleris Nutrition CEO Daniel Morais. “We are glad to land in Menomonee Falls and look forward to starting our operation.”

“Aleris’s decision reaffirms Wisconsin’s continued appeal as a destination for foreign direct investment, particularly among companies operating at the intersection of agriculture, biotechnology, food ingredients, and animal health,” noted Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) Secretary and CEO John W. Miller. “Companies like Aleris Nutrition are attracted to our state because of its unique combination of agricultural heritage, manufacturing excellence, research capabilities, and collaborative business environment. Wisconsin provides international companies with the resources, partnerships, and market access needed to succeed and grow in North America.”

Aleris Nutrition specializes in the development and manufacturing of natural animal nutrition products, including yeast-derived ingredients, specialty feed additives and microbiome-focused technologies. The company provides nutritional solutions for poultry, swine, ruminants, aquaculture and companion animals.

“We’re excited to welcome Aleris Nutrition to southeast Wisconsin as they establish their first U.S. manufacturing operation,” added Milwaukee 7 Regional Partnership Executive Director Rebecca Gries. “Aleris’ investment reflects the confidence international companies have in our region’s manufacturing capabilities and talented workforce. We are proud to support Aleris’ continued growth and its investment in our region.”

“Aleris Nutrition’s decision to establish its first U.S. manufacturing operation in Menomonee Falls is a strong reflection of the advantages Waukesha County offers growing international companies,” said Therese Thill, Executive Director of the Waukesha County Center for Growth. “We are pleased to support Aleris as it begins this next chapter of growth in our community.”
