PharmaForce Expands in New Albany and Hilliard, Ohio

PharmaForce Inc., a privately held pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing company, will expand two of its existing facilities in Hilliard and New Albany, Ohio. The company plans to invest approximately $145 million and creating 80 jobs in the Columbus Region.

According to Columbus 2020, PharmaForce will add approximately 140,000 square feet to its New Albany facility to build out its manufacturing and warehouse operations. The company will also reconfigure and remodel a portion of the existing warehouse and production space. In Hilliard, PharmaForce will remodel and add 1,800 square feet to its existing facility, with plans to invest in new production equipment and supporting infrastructure.

Construction and remodeling will take place in 2018, with hiring for packaging, mechanical, sterile, quality assurance and validation beginning in Q1 and late 2018 for the New Albany and Hilliard facilities respectively.
